Child Safety Standards – Kroustie

Kroustie is committed to maintaining a safe platform and applies a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any behavior that endangers minors.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
Users are strictly prohibited from using Kroustie to:
- Create, upload, share, request, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Exploit, abuse, sexualize, or endanger minors in any way
- Groom or attempt to establish inappropriate sexual contact with a minor
- Sexually extort or coerce minors
- Traffic minors or facilitate illegal activity involving minors
- Impersonate minors for predatory purposes
Reporting and User Safety Tools
Kroustie provides mechanisms for users to report inappropriate content, suspicious activity, or abusive behavior directly within the application.

Enforcement Actions
When violations are detected or reported, Kroustie may take immediate action including:
- Removal of offending content
- Temporary suspension of accounts
- Permanent account bans
- Preservation of evidence where legally required
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities when appropriate
Compliance With Laws
Kroustie complies with applicable child safety laws and platform requirements, including Google Play Developer Program Policies.
